of Enchanting...
Sitting down to make some hero builds when I had a random thought:
How exactly does the 20% increased duration work with targeting others? Does it increase the time for any enchantment you cast, regardless of whether you cast it on yourself or another party member, or does it increase the time for any enchantment on you no matter if you set the enchantment or a party member did? |

I tought this was obvious, at least for you =P
The enchantment spell maker has to has the "Of Enchanting" weapon to lengthen the enchantments' durations. No matter on who it will be casted the duration will be there if the user had "Of Enchanting" weapon. |
